Delivery Policy

Everything sold here is digital. Nothing is shipped, and no physical goods are involved.

1. What is delivered

• Access to two live online sessions.
• An invitation to the private WhatsApp community.
• Three digital bonus files: the pitch deck, the Claude prompt templates and the script templates.

2. When

The WhatsApp community link is shown on screen as soon as your payment is confirmed, and is emailed to the address you signed up with. In the ordinary case that is immediate; if your bank is slow to confirm, allow up to 30 minutes.

The joining link for the live sessions and the bonus files are sent by email and in the community group before the first session begins.

3. Where

To the email address and WhatsApp number you entered at sign-up. Please check they are correct — a typo is the single most common reason someone does not receive access.

4. If nothing arrives

Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it is still missing 30 minutes after paying, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the name you paid under and we will sort it out the same day.

5. What you need

An internet connection good enough for video, a device that can join a live video call, and WhatsApp installed on the number you gave us.

6. Shipping charges

None. There is nothing to ship.
