This policy explains what personal data we collect when you sign up for the LinkedIn Blueprint Workshop, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

• What you give us at sign-up: your name, email address and WhatsApp number.
• Payment records: a payment reference, the amount and the status, received from our payment processor. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
• Participation data: whether you attended the live sessions, and messages you post in the community group.

3. Why we use it

• To take payment and issue your receipt.
• To send you the joining link, the community invite and the bonus files.
• To contact you about this Workshop — reminders, changes, follow-ups.
• To keep records we are required by law to keep, such as tax records.

We rely on your consent, given at sign-up, and on the necessity of performing the contract you entered into when you paid.

4. Who we share it with

Only with the services needed to run the Workshop: our payment processor, our email provider, Google (Sheets and Apps Script, where sign-ups are recorded), and WhatsApp for the community group. Each holds your data under its own terms. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

5. How long we keep it

Sign-up and payment records are kept for as long as we are required to keep financial records under Indian law, and then deleted. Marketing contact stops as soon as you ask it to.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Write to [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time by replying “STOP” to any message or emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect messages we must send you about a Workshop you have already paid for.

8. Security

Access to sign-up records is restricted to us. Payment is handled entirely by our processor over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Workshop is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
